Each camp is designed exclusively for a maximum of two adult guests per site. This limit is strictly enforced to ensure a private, uninterrupted, and intimate experience for all guests.

To preserve the tranquility of the retreat, we are unable to accommodate additional adults or visitors under any circumstances.

For parties exceeding two guests, separate camp reservations are required so that each pair of guests may enjoy their own private space with full comfort and privacy.

Each camp is designed exclusively for two guests. Surrounded by trees in a secluded natural setting, each camp offers a quiet escape defined by privacy, stillness, and time to reconnect. The space includes a private outdoor deck, a queen bed with premium linens, a BBQ pit, and a picnic table nestled in nature. Thoughtfully created for comfort and uninterrupted time together, each stay can be enhanced with optional curated experiences and themed setups. 

Check-in and check-out times are confirmed at booking. While these times are typically standard, they are not guaranteed.

Nestled in the quiet of East Texas, our retreat is located just 20 minutes from downtown Crockett and approximately two hours from Houston, Dallas, and Waco. 

We are positioned along Loop 304, Crockett’s main corridor, offering convenient access to grocery stores, fuel, pharmacies, and everyday essentials. Guests will also find a variety of local dining, including Texas cafes, BBQ favorites, Mexican restaurants, and casual eateries, as well as the charm of Crockett’s historic downtown. 

Yes. The retreat is directly located on Loop 304, allowing for simple arrival and smooth navigation with well-marked routes into Crockett. 

We are approximately two hours from Houston, Dallas, and Waco, making us an ideal weekend escape from city life.

Guests agree to respect the property, maintain a peaceful environment, and follow all rules designed to preserve privacy, safety, and the natural setting. Any violation of occupancy limits or property rules may result in termination of the stay without refund. 

To preserve the peaceful and immersive nature of the experience, quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music, amplified sound systems, and disruptive noise are not permitted at any time. Guests are expected to maintain a respectful volume level throughout their stay to ensure a calm environment for all. 

Each stay is maintained as a smoke-free environment in order to preserve the natural setting and protect the surrounding trees.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees and adjustment or termination of the stay without refund.

To preserve the comfort, cleanliness, and immersive nature of the experience, pets are not permitted on the premises.

Service animals are permitted as required by applicable law and must remain under the handler’s control at all times.

Guests are fully responsible for any damage, loss, mess, or additional cleaning costs arising from any animal present during their stay, and authorize charges to the credit card on file for all such costs.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to require immediate removal of any animal that is not properly controlled, not housebroken, or that otherwise poses a risk to safety, disrupts the peace, or interferes with the experience of other guests or the natural environment.

Any unauthorized pet brought onto the premises will be considered a violation of these terms and will result in immediate removal from the property without refund or credit. No exceptions.

Booking
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations and secure your stay.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 14 business days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of payment. Cancellations made within 14 business days of arrival are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 business days’ notice and is subject to availability. The $250 non-refundable deposit remains in place and applies in accordance with the original booking terms.

Yes. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above, including occupancy limits, cancellation terms, pet restrictions, and damage liability.
